Very good thin crust pizza. I tried the "2 slices and a soda" deal. Got a cheese slice and a "the works" slice. It's not New... York style, but I won't hold that against them: the crust is tasty and they don't overload it with cheese or sauce. It's nicelybalanced and delicious. Update: I went back again today. You know what? I'm now convinced that this is the best pizza in MiraMesa (and probably among the top available in San Diego). Really good crust. Innovative (but not absurd) and delicious toppings.I tried the pesto and the special of the day, meatball -- both were excellent. We tried their meatball appetizer -- 3 meatballsplus generous marinara sauce (they'll throw in a little pasta if you like). Delish! We tried the Works pizza which was very good, perfect amount of ingredients. Boneless wings was awesome.

Let me just say the name says it all Best Pizza I?ve had Chicago and New York Pizza and whatever they are doing in San Diego... don?t stop. We came here after a day at La Jolla Beach and felt so welcomed as we walked in by a young man named Devin. Our kidsgot the two slices and soda we tried the calamari Cesar Salad and the pesto pizza was so freaking delicious. Appreciate you guysand when we return to San Diego we now have a pizza spot. I?ve been coming to this location for a few years and my experience has been a hit or miss lately. I decided to give it another... shot after a long while and was once again very disappointed. I ordered half a Margherita pizza but it was not what I wasexpecting. It was not good at all. It also had no basil whatsoever. Not sure how you can call it a Margherita pizza withoutbasil. Very good tasting pizzas. I tried the pesto pizza. Delicious and the crust was thin. They have a large selection of beers, no... pitchers but you can get real pints, 16 ounces in large plastic cups (see my photos). I tried the Mexican style beer and it wassmooth and refreshing. It complemented the pizza very well. Service was was helpful and fast. We got there before 3 PM on aSunday and sat right down. About 3:30 PM it got crowded and a wait line formed. Best "lunch and a beer" place in the area! For $12.75 you can get 2 slices of pizza and a pint of beer. They don't have a... massive selection of beers but what they had on tap was excellent. Now that we know about this place, we're planning all ourweekend Home Depot trips to be around lunchtime so we can swing by and grab a pint and some slices! Read more
