The management in this store, from Dylan (manager) to Kat (GM/owner) was among the best I have ever experienced. The steak I... had was well done, dry and chewy and bot only did Dylan remove my meal from the check, he also took half off the appetizer(classic nachos which were, as always, DELICIOUS!) Dylan took my bad experience and turned it around to the point that I haverevisited the same store twice since in the week following. I have been in hospitality my entire life and I can't even begin totell you the rarity of that kind of management. It wasn't the discounted money but the genuine and empathetic and decisiveaction taken by this very young man and the follow up table visit from Kat that has made this Chili's among the best restaurantexperiences I've ever had. I guess experience in chilis varies. I used to go to chilis often back in high school and just have good experience. I would... say this place is definitely understaffed. Ive been here twice at night and those two times, its def understaffed. Takes foreverfor my food to arrive and even waiter to take our order. I gave 3 stars because we waited wayy too long for the food and awaiter to even take our order... But I could see that waiters were so busy and they were trying their best to get to us and theywere friendly which made me feel so bad..! I could see that there are not enough workers there..? Anyways the front lady who wasseating us seemed veryy unfriendly. Didnt even say a word when we greeted.. We were like what.. lol did we do somethingwrong. Anyways food was good. Was pretty slow when we got there and service was blah. Bartender took nearly 10 minutes to greet us, and never brought us the... dessert we ordered. We then noticed it wasn't on our bill on the kiosk thingy, which means she never even put the order in. Justpaid and left. She even said have a nice day to us on the way out not even realizing she'd never brought the desserts! The foodrunner was the only one on point. Read more

I enjoyed my time here. I ended up sitting at the bar and talking to fellow Texans. I had their queso and chicken fajitas. ... The portions were very generous so I had plenty to take home. The waiter gave me a full bag of chips when I asked to take therest of my chips home. It made a lovely dinner the same night. The restaurant seemed clean. Came here today for a family dinner on Sunday night. We were told the wait was going to be 25 min, ended up being 45 min. When... we were finally seated and ordered , it took over 50 min to get the food. 4 people in our party got the food , I didn?t getmine ( they ?forgot? to place the order) and I had to wait another 25 min for them to make it. The waitress was all over theplace and no one seem to pay any attention that I didn?t get my food. Finally my husband had to get up and go find our waitressand then the manager. they did offer to take my order off the bill. However if you want to eat in a timely manner and spend lessthan three hours in the restaurant waiting around , this is not a place for you. Read more
