Best Pollo Loco so far for me! Trust me when I say I have been to over 30 Pollo Locos (what can I say, I love crazy chicken) and... this one has been the best one. I ordered through uber eats and not only was my chicken delicious but everything was sealed andthey did not forget anything in my order. Simple but not easy to find these days. I thought I didn't like El Pollo Loco until I started going to this location. Everything is served fresh, and it's delicious. I... usually get the double chicken salad and the avocado is always ripe and green and the lettuce is always clean and fresh. Alsothe customer service is usually super friendly and in my probably 100 visits they've never gotten my order wrong. Read more
So disappointed. Just tried the new place in Poway this evening for a late night snack. Maybe it was too close to closing time.... Ordered 4 chicken street tacos. Got home 2 mins later and they were icy cold, soggy and tasted awful. Seemed as if they had justbeen pulled out of a refrigerator and packaged quickly. I usually love the food, but this was just bad.
