Absolutely horrific! Ordering took more than five minutes since I was unable to get multiple direct questions answered. I got a... lot of we don't have that in a combo... When I wanted a certain taco with a combo style. I asked to put it in a combo and chargethe difference, but was met with we can't do that. When asked how many tacos in a combo I was met with we can't do a combo withthe tacos you want. I asked a simple question, in the combo you do have for tacos, how many tacos in that combo. I was finallyanswered three, which I then ordered. When I finally did place my order, the tacos were slimy, the root beer tasted like the bagneeded changing and worst of all when brought to the attention of the store, they said they just changed the bag and there wasnothing to be done...sorry. It was absolutely disgusting and when I left a message for corporate a week ago detailing thespecifics of this visit with the store number, time, date and my name and number to return... I've heard crickets....Apparently, this happens often, so often they can't return a complaint call. Read more
Food was really dissapointing, i understand it is chain, and i cant ask for super high quality, but really, the chicken was so... tinny and dry, the mac and cheese was okaish on the bitter side, but the wuacamole was too acidic, we ate everything really fastand leave, the thing is, you literally have a popeye's next door and i've been there before, and it is good.. I wanted to giveit a chance to pollo loco, but i dont think i will ever try it again :/ Read more
We had placed a mobile order once we got our confirmation that our food was done we headed over. Upon arrival our food wasn?t... even ready than the employee behind the counter had the audacity to ask if we still wanted our order that we had paid for. As wewaited we noticed the person cooking the chicken putting on used gloves and handling raw chicken, multiple surfaces in thekitchen area, then handling already cooked chicken! They were painfully slow, and closed 2 hours early. They said they are out of everything. They didn't know what I ordered at... the speaker so I had to tell them my order again because they lost my order. The person at the window didn't know how to usethe order screen. I was in line waiting from 7:55pm and didn't get my food until 8:33pm and there were only 3 cars in front ofme when I arrived. After arriving home, found out the chicken skin was burnt and the chicken was overcooked. I ordered two2-piece meals, but one was a 3-piece meal. They also didn?t give us and utensils or napkins. I wish I recorded how long I sat at the order window of the drive-thru without being acknowledged! There was ABSOLUTELY NO ONE... eating inside and only one car in front of me which they took forever on them as well. I started realizing why they built aPopeye's Chicken right next door. I got fed up waiting on a measley 2-piece combo that I just ended up driving off since nobodynoticed I was even there! Went to Rally's instead, was in and out in a matter of minutes!
