Fresh brothers is not so fresh. Forget the food for a moment and focus on the customer service, the first thing I'm told when I... walk in with my service animal is that I need to wait outside Fresh Brothers is lucky I even came in because a few days ago Ihad frozen chicken, Parmesan sliders, and I literally mean frozen in the middle. I almost broke my tooth on one of thesandwiches. Last night I wanted to give them another chance, so I ordered a pizza, I take the pizza home thinking it's good andmy first bite on tasting uncooked dough - this seems to be a quality issue and I think you guys should slow down and focus onyour mission statement rather than getting as many bad pizzas out as possible, thanks for the food poisoning. Ordered pick up. Arrived a few minutes after it was supposed to be completed. They say "We can't find your order" They wasted 10... minutes arguing about the order before stating that they could make the pizza but it was going to be 15-20 more minutes. So, weleft. No pizza, just an unhappy 4 year old that was told she was having pizza for dinner. Won't be back. This was a pretty dumbway to treat customers. Read more

Decent pizza. Service is friendly but not always accurate. Crust not great to me; didn?t seem fresh or chewy. And for the... quality I?d expect lower prices even accounting for the rent I?m sure they?re paying. I?ve ordered a few times and had to wait40-50 minutes after being quoted 20. I live 3 minutes from here and love pizza but tend to drive 15-20 min to pick up from otherplaces. Edit: raising to 4 stars for two reasons. They had a good response to my feedback, and I coincidentally had anotherchance to try it, and the crust was pretty good this time. Maybe I had bad luck before? I ordered a simple pepperoni and cheese pizza. When I picked it up and immediately notice the pepperoni is overcooked. Every... pepperoni has black burned circle. I'm too hungry to ask them to redo it. Just left the store speechless. I ordered pizzas onlyfew times from this store in the past and this is second time they overcooked the pizza. Imaging how often they make badpizzas. Can't believe they still don't know how to do simple pizza right. Maybe something is wrong in this store management. Read more

We ordered through the DoorDash app over the last two years. We were excited that they customized salads and pizza vegan. The... sweet knots and brownies are also accidently vegan. However, we can no longer order from there. We had multiple orders where thecheese wasn't vegan or they didn't follow clear directions (no feta on the salad). They forgot sauces so I stopped orderingthem. They even updated the app to make it easier to avoid these mistakes and we still ended up with no vegan cheese and anuneatable salad. We waited an hour to not eat again. I really hope they figure this out for future customers, but I'm notrisking it any longer. Read more

Was a big Fresh Bros fan for a long time. I?ve steadily watched their quality of service decline- especially over the last year... or so. I know Covid made it tough for many small businesses but shouldn?t there be more of a focus on quality and customerexperience, now more than ever?? The dine in service is non existent- Seems to be run by high schoolers, Soda machines out oforder, beer taps offline, and literally no silverware available. The ?half baked? employee told me he was pretty sure Luna Grillhad some if I wanted to go over there?nice. With great new pizza places in Carmel Valley that have recently opened, I?d say theyare going to ?eat your lunch,? but more likely, we?ll be eating theirs. Well I went there for dinner I don't about you but the pizza and the chicken wings were amazing but the pizza was badly burnt to... the crisped the wings tasted amazing just a little dry and the employees were very nice and amazing even letting me and myfamily get re-fills!! I'm truley grateful that the ladie working there was generous and was fast pace we did go on the non busydays maybe?. Over all I would definitely recommend this place!! If you like pizza ofc! Crust me on this one, you should check out Fresh Brothers. Let me tell you about this vegan deep dish we got from... @freshbrothers usually the crust on pizza is just something to eat but their crust was my favorite part ????
