We've been to this and a few other locations dozens of times over the years, but since we started going back to this location... after COVID we've noticed a change for the worse. Prices have risen 10-15% since going back, yet the quality is not the same. The salads are great as usual, but the quality of the salmon and chicken is not consistent. DELICIOUS! I got the Salmon Plate and was very satisfied. The portion was generous and the accompanying salad was very fresh. ... The Tsaziki sauce on the side was a tasty addition to the Pita slices and everything else on the plate. The only criticalobservation is that the salmon was medium-well done; it was still moist as you can in the closeup photo. Go get it; you?ll beimpressed. In addition, there?re lots of other choices on the menu. When I go back it will be difficult to choose somethingother than the Salmon Plate. We haven?t been to this local location for sometime, maybe a year+ but the kids wanted Luna and it?s the closest. Lianna who... took our phone order was very friendly both on the phone and in person. But she did get the order wrong. This is a verycommon occurrence at this location. We called in instead of online because that?s alway been a disaster. Also, it was going to80 minutes if we used the app 15 minutes when we called. It was bagged and ready when I came in early. Did think it wasstrange to not have the order read back to me during checkout but the amount sounded right for four meals. They were slow sodid think much about a problem happening. Again Lianna was very friendly! Luna Grill continues to disappointed! Now I stillhave to cook a meal tonight. So just got several calls from the restaurant. When I called back and immediately handed thephone to Lianna without telling me. She was in tears. This is unacceptable! The manager should have talked first, not justpass the phone off the Lianna. Having two children I?m DISCUSSED that they would treat any employees like this. This locationsince it?s opening has gotten MANY orders wrong or the food tasted bad. This happened to be the last straw and I wrote aboutit. Terrible management! No one should be in tears from a bad restaurant review. Solidly recommend! We stopped in for the first time tonight and ordered the gyro & chicken plate, chicken gyro, and baklava to... go. Israel kindly walked us through the menu and took our order. The dining area was clean and cozy, with plenty of spaced outseating to utilize as we waited. My gyro & chicken plate was great (though the chicken was a tad dry) and hit the spot, and myhusband says he enjoyed his gyro and fries. And the baklava was delicious! Read more
The salad was good with fresh lettuce and veggies with a tasty vinaigrette. The beyond burger was beyond salty, but the kale and... grilled onions were a nice touch. The food was good but way overpriced. For $17, I expect more than food dumped on the table inbrown paper. Instead of anticipating a nice meal, I just sat there feeling sorry for my food, looking sad and pathetic in theirbrown containers. Read more
