I've tried to give this location my business multiple times due to their proximity to my home, however, they are unable to... validate promo codes sent to me in their physical mailers. I have tried repeatedly, both via their (outsourced) call center andwith the location directly, to order a single large pepperoni pizza. They CANNOT execute this simple order using the promo codeI received in the mail. I will take my business to their local competitors (who are priced more competitively anyway) goingforward. Read more

Papa John's dough is really puffy and delicious. This papa john's is very aware of keeping your pizza hands free.
Very disorganized. Forgets extras like extra sauces ordered. App tracking isn?t correct, and had to wait an extra 15 minutes... for my pizza that was done according to the app. The entire time I was here the kitchen seemed completely in disarray, with thestaff needing labels for the boxes and people not getting them, leading to not knowing what pizza was what. Also, one of thecooks had AirPods in and would take them out while rolling and tossing the dough without gloves on. Earwax pizza? Doesn?t soundlike my cup of tea. We get a large pizza here every couple months as a change of pace. I ordered online this time and liked the fact that I could... specify extra sauce, how long the pizza was cooked, and extra cheese. The pizza was ready 20 minutes later and I left the houseto go get it when they notified me it had gone into the oven. Great status updates. I got there as the pie was being placed inthe box. The pizza is always good. Not amazing, but better than many other options that emphasize their delivery. We like thesauce and the crust of Papa John's pizza. Papa John's is our go-to pizza place. In the rancher we're in our area I believe we have all major chains of pizza. The location... is carry out only. The caveat is there are Starbucks tables in front of the location that you can sit at and eat pizza outside.For convenience we usually order online and then just pick up at the store. Read more
