I ordered take out for my family from Rubio's and overall we thought the food was too spicy, not very good, and barely warm. I... ordered online, got there about 5 minutes before the food was supposed to be ready and it was a little late and we ate the foodwithin 10 minutes of it coming out and it was still barely warm. They were fairly busy as they were running a promotion for alocal high school which I think is fantastic by the way. Restaurant was mostly clean, one of the employees was scrambling toclean the tables. REVIEW update 7/12/22 Today I decided to try this Rubios again for Taco Tuesday. The service was quick even though they had a... long line. And the Fish Taco especiales were the absolute best I've had at any Rubio. The Fish portion was huge, they lookedperfect and they tested delicious. First visit at this location. Tip, the CA Bowl is 90% rice. Thought I'd try somethingother than normal Fish Tacos but I think that they should stick to what they are good at. As the Bowl just wasn't it. Read more

This is a high end fast food place. The menu has a lot of originality and this place has a lot of promise. The staff is... friendly. The facility is clean and neat. We had a shockingly long wait for our food. The food was not as good as we were ledto believe. I got the original fish tacos and they simply are battered fish with taco shells wrapped around them and a littlemore to dress it up. We expected something more. So we are in no hurry to return to Rubio's. Read more

This was my first time at Rubio's. I decided to go with the Crispy Chicken street tacos. The sauce was a little odd. The... chicken was sparse. The beans were bland. The chips were terrible. The presentation for a to-go street taco meal needs somework. As for value, there are several Mexican restaurants within blocks that are a much better value with better food. Read more
