got here at 2:30pm with only two other small tables in the restaurant who had already ordered & got their food. took 20 minutes... for our server to come take our order & get us drinks when we said we were ready. after ordering it is now 3:30pm & no food orappetizers have come out. the sushi chef is just standing at the counter & we got very simple small orders. the sushi is goodonce it finally comes out but even with no other people ordering in the restaurant it takes over 40 minutes to even. get anyfood on the table. Sushi Hana is no longer the brand and quality it use to be. From the phone not working for 20+ minutes to the website being... almost unusable. The sushi and food has gone down hill along with the staff and customer service. Read more

Horrible service in the past many visits. I used to go there because it's within walking distance from home. I was hoping... service would improve when I saw a new waitress. However, she actually refused entry to me and my friend because of my servicedog and told us to leave. The sous-chef recognized me from the previous visits tried to intervene and told the new waitress it'sok and said I always go in with my service dog and it's never been an issue. However, she still refused to let us dine in thentold us we can just order to go and to wait outside. This is a complete disregard to the ADA law. It's the first for me to bedenied service as a disabled veteran with a service dog. I went back on a different day hoping I can bring this to the manager'sattention. It was a different waitress this time and she'd said she would go ask him to come speak to me. I watched her speakingto a man whom also turned around and sneered at me.
