Reviews for The Kebab Shop in San Diego, CA
Super yummy, really long kebab wraps! Definitely would recommend trying! The fries aren't very good though very soggy so I would... stick to the rice or just the salad mix in the wraps. Also love there sauces too! The staff is really nice and friendly and theplace is very clean. UPDATE: Still really good. If you are in the area I would stop by, its worth a try! Read more

Very great service. Friendly and helpful. The food was priced great, prepared quick, and good portions. The place was clean and... offered indoor and outdoor dining. Prices seemed reasonable about 11-12 dollars a dish. The saffron rice was really good. Thelamb beef was ok but lacking a little flavor. The only negative was the fries were well flavored but soggy and did not seem"fresh". All in all would highly recommend as a quick easy meal that is definitely full filling but don't expect a gourmetauthentically flavored plate. Read more
Their falafal wrap has become our go-to. Sometimes we crave for it. I go for an additional spicy hummus inside that makes it... creamier and smoother while eating. They have delicious falafels and their sauces on side are super yummy. My favourite is spicycilantro and the red one. They go perfect with the wrap. Highly recommend this place! I would recommend register with yourcredit card . They keep sending 20% off coupons and also you can collect points . Once you collect enough can get wrap or sidesfor free . Read more
American style Mediterranean joint, pretty casual, laid back, deli style - neat and clean, self service place. The menu options... are not huge. I took a plate with the chicken donor kabob. You can opt for beef meatball, or gyro meat ( beef and lamb mix). Asa side the options are rice, salad, fries, or falafel. As a whole it?s filling, and tasty- however, don?t expect the standard belike a high end Persian/ Mediterranean place. The food is more like an Americanized, with a good portion size. The plate I atewas decent. The chicken was decent, and the rice and falafel was mediocre. However, for a quick, and filling lunch ( as comparedto the price) I will recommend the place. Read more
Take a look at my kabob wraps and contrast them to the cheaper, and more filled sandwiches of yesteryear. I got both a chicken... wrap, and a lamb/beef. Both were basically veggie sandwiches. It's a real shame, too. The pics I saw online looked way moreappetizing. Read more
Ordered some hummus to go. I highly recommend their spicy hummus if you like a kick of pepper in your food. The Greek salad was... also really good. Evelyn was wonderful, she took my order and made recommendations. Wonderful environment, family friendly. Read more
