Worst take out experience. Ordered online 10/14/22 at 6:21 pm and my pizza was ready at 7:15. Damn near an hour and approximate... time from confirmation receipt stated it would take 25 minutes. Staff was RUDE and UNWELCOMING. When I first got there I calledbecause I requested “curbside pickup” I called and guy said he’d come out with my pizza. Never happened. Went insidecashier told me your pizza still in the oven at 7. Told me 10-15 more minutes. I go to my car to grab something then come backinside to wait (at this time their order here line is starting to get long). I wait off to the side. There is another manwaiting for his take out order not in line off to the side like I was. He was also already waiting and then he quickly remindedthe cashier that he was picking up an order for amber and they grabbed his pizza. So then I try to do the same to the femalecashier working this night and then she completely IGNORES me and starts talking to the next customer. Mind you I was not tryingto order I was just trying to pick up my pizza. So I then get a little closer to the register clearly trying to get theirattention then the other cashier ALSO IGNORES ME. At this point I wanted a refund but didn’t want to make the situation worsejust wanted to get out of this location. You could clearly see in my face I was upset and finally after a THIRD ATTEMPT thecashier grabs my pizza THAT HAS JUST BEEN SITTING THERE. After paying more than $30 for one pizza you’d think they’d havebetter staff and customer service training. Never coming back and posting on all socials what a terrible experienced I had.Pacific beach location. I guess this is what happens to your business reputation when you hire carless employees. I understandit’s busy but 1 hour and being ignored? Unacceptable. Do better. Read more

I ordered a personal pizza with pesto sauce, chicken, spinach, and grilled chicken. The crust was sooo fresh and the cheese... practically melted in my mouth. I would have posted pics but it looked so delicious I had to eat it and forgot. They really havea great selection and the staff is super friendly! I highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent staff, food and beer!! Was in PB for a wedding in July and we were trying to find a family friendly restaurant for... our last night there. Found Woodstock with a google search and it did NOT disappoint. The pizza was delicious and they had a lotof options to choose from to meet all of our needs. The beer selection was great as well. The dining room is self seating andthere was plenty of room as they have the front, back and outdoor seating areas. Aside from the food, their service iswonderful. Upon arriving back in Michigan I noticed that I may have left my prescription sunglasses at the restaurant. When Icalled, the staff there let me know that they found them! Wahooo! The manager, Jack, went out of his way to make sure I got themmailed back to me. I offered to pay to ship them but he insisted on taking care of it. What incredible service!!
