Always a treat coming to Yanni's! I've mostly been here with large groups celebrating something or other and the staff handles... it really well. The owners are super friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. I've only had a few different dishes, but the foodis always great, especially with the free bread and oil. The new(ish) outdoor seating area is perfect for a sunny San Diego day.If you're on the fence, stop in and have a cocktail while you enjoy the weather and atmosphere! Read more

Absolutely stellar from beginning to end! Our server was quick on his feet with suggestions (and everything he suggested ended... up being perfect). DEFINITELY get the trio as an appetizer, and a lamb skewer (or two!). The support staff were fantastic andquick, especially during the dinner rush, and the owner Yanni made his way around the dining room as well. Legit some of thebest Mediterranean food in SD.
