So-so. I dunno who is responsible for the register area but it felt like the prehistoric era. No Apple Pay, employees having to... use a calculator to calculate costs on the register, and just the overall vibe in their booth. But the cashier seemed niceenough, and was willing to help me use my coupon, which she had to manually type in. The food was pretty good too. Nothing towrite home about, but still not bad. Read more
Customer service is not good. I ordered 3 burgers. They didn't put cheese in any of them. On top of that, the female cashier... wouldn't change my order even a minute after it was paid. Read more
Worst customer service ever. The woman with the tattoos and all the gold jewelry does not know their own company policies or AAA... partnerships. Never had this problem at the Johnny Rockets in the Outlets of Orange. Definitely not coming back, now I know whythe people reviews stink. Read more
The burgers were pretty good and juicy so I deff reccomend those but I'm only giving a 3 star rating because they gave us cold... stale fries with our burgers, thinking we wouldn't notice. I grabbed a fry and it was cold but i thought maybe they were justcold because the mall was a little cold? Nope. When i bit into it, it was incredibly hard to chew. You could tell they weretrying to get rid of what they had made earlier in the day. Luckily, i asked for new fries and they did make them however my momwas too embarrassed to ask for new ones. :/ Read more
5 stars because so far this is the best Johnny Rockets I've ever eaten at, great cooks! the food is always fresh so good! and... tasty! The best hambugers in town, I've chose this johnny Rockets over In-N-out burgers. I drive a distance just to eat at thisone its worth it. I hope they keep up the good work. Read more
Cashier would handle money and make shakes without gloves or washing his hands. Also took a phone call while making the shakes... and proceeded to touch his face. The cooks though are great and fast, food is amazing as well. Read more
