Had liver and onions for late lunch. Liver was a tad overcooked. Service was great.

We had a large group, 14 or 15. We were seated rather quickly for that size group. Our server was great! I didn't get his name... unfortunately. He got all our orders right, checked up on us and gathered the other servers to sing happy birthday for myfriend. Read more

This is my first time eating at norm's and this location was incredible the bacon was crispy the hash browns were well done they... handled their business with alacrity and a professional bearing that had me so surprised. I know at this location they have todeal with vagrants outside and passing through now and then I commend how well they were still able to handle their business. Ifyou're on your way to court or any nearby business this location is outstanding. They do a brisk amount of catering in themornings these people have it set up like a well-oiled machine an assembly line that delivers excellent well cooked portions.Kudos to all the staff. Anytime I'm in the area I'll make this my go-to location. Read more

I used to go to Norms regularly and have been to the one on 17th in Santa Ana at least a dozen times in the past. Maybe it's the... post COVID help issue but the restaurant had almost as many people waiting to be seated as there were in the restaurant and itwas not even half full....way understaffed. I waited 15 minutes (their at 8:00 a.m) and they had only sat one couple with threegroups ahead of me so we left and went to a small local breakfast and sat immediately and were served probably before we wouldhave been seated at Norms. Very disappointing in terms of the wait can't comment on the food or service. Read more

Can't really give it a review because despite sighs everywhere, 24/7 and " we never close" , every time we come for early... breakfast, they are closed. And we are not the only ones walking away from locked doors at 4, 5, 6, 7 am! We literally have seencrime happening each time we've stopped by, and this last time, traumatized me tho, so don't think we will even attempt to eatthere again. And I kinda understand WHY they're not open late night/early hours...you need security! Read more

A great diner to come and relax. The staff was right on, very helpful and attentive. The food we ordered was extremely... good. Being from out of state, it was refreshing to find this place. Read more

Nice portion size, dry run is mild and nice. The cook on the st. Louis ribs is good, perhaps a little tipping on the dry side.... Barbecue sauce is apparently rationed because I got it as a small saucer plate side. Itty Bitty bit of coleslaw and your averagefries. For $18 total you have a full meal that?s done nicely, there?s enough meat (though may not be juicy but it sure is wellcooked to fall of the bone). And typically dinner level quality feel to it. I think Norms is making hopefully some profit onthis? Wait time for the dish was average also, not everything has to come out right away as some people expect. The ribs takeout for $10 is a steal if you ask me! Read more

Such a solid choice for a late-night dinner! Food is delicious. Place is clean and comfortable and the service is fast. Prices... are also very reasonable. Where else could you go to get waffles at 3am? Check out this place immediately if you haven'talready! Read more
