Whoever decided to put 3 super young friend together to run a McDonald's unsupervised, deserves to lose their job. They've got... looong lines in the drive through and in the restaurant, and they've been standing back there talking and joking with each otherWAY more than working. Generally speaking this McDonald's is busy and staff friendly. This said their customer service/ management is less than... responsive. Went through the drive-thru during one of their busier times the other night got home and they had failed to put inpart of my order that I had paid for. It was a zoo while I was there so I wasn't going back, I tried calling their adress lineand their customer service line to just get a credit or partial refund on my Visa card. No answer / no response. It wasn'tmuch money and I like the staff but I'll probably avoid the spot for a few months and choose other alternatives that are morecustomer friendly. Seems like they're understaffed right now. Food quality when they remember to put it in your takeout orderis good though. Read more

I come here everyday for the convenience of it. This same employees r always there messing up. so bad I'm starting to think it... on purpose. U ask for something like BBQ sauce when u order when u pay ,& at the window before I drive off ask and they say itin the bag, it never is. Or they forget to give u hamburgers fries whatever. The employees are awful there. The employees don'tcare about their job nor do any or the managers there. Managers take no pride in their job what so ever. The picture you see is supposed to be a large fry and to add to my irritation this is the second time I've ordered from these... people where I've gotten a sweet tea instead of a iced tea.....don't know why that is so complicated to get correct. I don'teat at McDonald's very often and now I may choose Burger King instead, maybe they can read an order tag correctly. Read more
