I speak Spanish as a second language, and it's a good thing I do. The manager cannot understand English, or at least was playing... along like he didn't understand. I have had numerous problems with simple orders at this location. When speaking to the managerhe did not care to hold his employees accountable, nor teach them the proper way to follow simple directions. I understandMcDonald's is a fast-food company and I shouldn't expect the best food and service but at least hit the bare minimum... I wouldencourage the owner of this establishment to consider better management and possibly a better in-house training program. Read more
Ice-cream machine broken again... stuck in drive thru for five minutes. They should put a sign up as a curtesy to customers...... I'm boycotting McDonalds this is getting old, like fifth time machine down, always seem to be at busy hours like maybe it's notbroke! Read more
I hate having to write a bad review since I come to this McDonald?s frequently, but today it made me upset how the employees and... manager (Kevin S.) treated me. I simply asked if my fries could be made well done (like I always do, which is never a problem atany other McDonald?s or this one up until recently). The manager ripped the bag out of my hand and was talking bad about me withhis coworkers after I asked if I could have my fries made well done since they where not. This has been the second night in arow that I?ve went to this McDonald?s and was disrespected like this. It really saddens me and I hope something changes soon. Read more
I had the worst experience ever. Breakfast order, i asked for #1. Simple enough right ? I thought so too ... But that was wrong... ! My question next was 'What comes on the Sausage Biscuit with the Buy 1 get one for a $1 ? This poor broken english man wentinto a tizzy or something ? He completely erased my #1 order , Put in 2 - Sausage Biscuit Combos then i told him No. Well thiswent on 2 more times as i tried to explain. So i said just give me a #1 thats it with OJ ... I said nothing to him accept ThankYou - I pay and go to Pick Up window. I get my stuff & then i ask the girl at the window 'The same question i asked earlier(Wow) She says Ahhhhhhhhhhh Hold on. Gets the Mgr. The Mgr Had NO IDEA what i was asking either ??? She yelled to the kitchen inspanish & No one replied ? After 2 Min of this i just drove off ? This is EXACTLY how i asked the question. {Excuse me, I have aquestion. What comes on the Sausage Biscuit special that is Buy 1 Get 2nd for a $1 ?" That was it ... This is a McDonald's in a gas station. One would expect quick walk up service. Nope, there were 8 people waiting 20 minutes... while staff service food delivery first. McDonald's is definitely the very last place I will stop for a "fast" bite to eat. Read more
Never again will I get chicken mcnuggets... they werent fully cooked and was raw on the inside
Worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. I stop here on the way back from races for some quick food and every time there is... something disappointing. It seems like they don?t change the oil in their fryers enough because their fries have black stuff allover them that is not pepper. The fries are never salted. I ordered nuggets and they showed up room temp and practically soggy.They can?t get their orders right either. This place needs help!!! Eat somewhere else or at a different McDonald?s. Read more
