Our favorite ramen spot. We got the spicy tonkotsu and the kimchee ramen bowls. The broth is really good and really great spot... to grab lunch or dinner especially when it's getting colder out. Read more
Found the menu on door dash and called to order carryout. Everything was fantastic. Veggie gyoza, the miso good roll, miso... butter and chicken paitan ramens were absolutely outstanding. Perfectly packaged for carryout, everything was still hot anddelicious even after a 25 min car ride. The restaurant looked great and I have to imagine the food would have been even bettereaten on site. Can't wait to be back and explore more of the menu - the sushi all looks amazing! Read more
Love this place! It?s almost like a hole in the wall restaurant but everyone knows about it lol. The cilantro chicken ramen is... top tier and it?s gluten free!! & their pork gyoza are sooo good too!! Vegan/vegetarian wonderful! I?m always looking for Veg Gyoza, and this place some really good ones! They?ve got a pop of... edamame in each bite and the dipping sauce? srsly sooo good; to die for. Vegan miso, but for me I subbed regular egg ramennoodles. The broth killer!! I suggest letting it ?cook? at your table while it cools off. It absorbs so much flavor! Theservice is prompt! Even when they?re busy, they still engaged and let me know they saw me. I?m here on a typically slow night.So the little rush they got, they did very well! Beautiful and minimalist interior, the food was really good. We ordered the gyoza, a Philly roll and the spicy chashu ramen. The... ramen wasn't really that spicy, however the chili paste we asked for is indeed super spicy so be careful! The creamy broth isrich and thick, almost like a bone broth feel to it. Add ons are a little pricey, they even charge for things like add cilantroor jalapenos, probably to discourage people from building their own meal, so keep that in mind. The miso was reeeally good, bigpieces of tofu and instead of seaweed, boiled cabbage. Everyone was super helpful and nice, would definitely recommend! Read more
