Not good enough. No friendly staff. No fresh good. All chicken was half cooked.
I ordered plant based sandwich combo. The sandwich was so soggy and no crunchiness and about the fries are over cooked and I... think fries were old means were made previously but when we order I think they just reheated it and give it to us. I love KFC but this location is terrible. I had to throw out a whole chicken breast because it was completely soggy and pink on... the inside. It seemed old and seems liked they forgot to add the 11 herbs and spices. The lady cooking in the back seems likeshe's just going through the motions. A lot of attitude to her worker in the front. I requested spicy chicken and the lady inthe back gave me original peices without asking... I will never go back and recommend you avoid this location. Read more
I ordered for them on Thanksgiving and I got burn and overlooked chicken and tenders. The gravy had lumps in it and tasted like... water and flour with a touch of spices. Contacted store there were no help, had to call customer service to get help. Read more

What ever happened to extra crispy chicken. Their regular chicken is soggy and soft, no crunch at all. The sandwiches are tasty... but not very good value or quality compared to Marry Browns. The spicy chicken sandwich had no heat, it?s just a spicy mayo. I used to love KFC but this place only brings back bad memories of the last time I ate there. If you want good extra crispychicken go to Popeyes. If you want a good chicken sandwich go to Marry Brown for a Big Marry. If you want good food, this mightnot be the place for you. Ordered delivery and not arrived after 1 hour+. Decided to call KFC customer service to ask about the status. The store called... me the next day and yelled at me for calling customer service. AVOID this location! Read more
