Right off Hwy, great Chicken! Love the spicy fried chicken, but it seemed to be short staffed and the wait was so long.

This Popeyes was a disaster. The cashier had no idea how to do her job. The manager was putting out ?fires? everywhere. The... tables were dirty and not one napkin in restaurant. The manager told another customer that they don?t have coleslaw, but shewould go make it herself, then she came back and said the coleslaw is disgusting and threw it away. Felt bad for the manager whowas trying to keep the customers happy. But the other employees had no clue how to do the work job. This manager needs to findnew employees. Our order was so messed up. The food was excellent and worth a 4 to 5 star review hands down. All the food was hot, fresh, and yummy. However, the service... here really dissuades me from coming back to this location. I?m not sure if this store is always like this, but it seemed to beshort staffed and the wait was so long. It took me almost an hour to get my ?fast? food. And the order didn?t even come outright because everything was so rushed. The kitchen couldn?t keep up with making enough food and ran out of a lot. A lot ofpeople there were upset at the service. Overall, it really seems like this location is short staffed. The workers who were there were doing their best, but they were... really scrambling and it took a while for some people to be served, and there was no water in the soda machine. Love that chicken from Popeyes! Have to give extra credit and extra soul as I sing the jingle! The young ladies working were... extremely polite. Expeditious and enthusiastic! Good energy goes a long way in the format of food. Especially now more thanever with the pandemic. Clean top to bottom. The food was fresh and correct to the letter.
