Burgers are usually great. Lots of variety for toppings. Food can take awhile, depending on how busy they are. No inside eating.... Only had one bad experience there, burger was burnt. On nice days it is a pleasant place to eat. Read more
Not sure the high rating is warranted. Maybe it's the lack of choice out here... Ordered the spicy black bean burger. The bun... was pretty sad. Like something you'd find in a 6 pack at Safeway. The patty and house sauce were alright. I paid for cheese andthey didn't actually give me any cheese. I'd avoid it, but then again... not like you have the luxury of choice. Absolutely horrible experience. To start our order was half an hour late, then had to return TWICE because the order was wrong... and lost a milkshake as soon as I got home because their trays are obviously not designed to hold their milkshake cups. Whenyour food is already on the expensive side I would hope you'd at least have competent service definitely not the case. After allthe mix-ups food was cold by the time I got home. Would never spend another cent there. If you're looking for a good burger andgood service may i suggest either Shift Kitchen or Batch 44, both far superior options. Would give zero stars if possible. I'm not sure why there are quite a few negative reviews for this place but our burgers were delicious! I really love that I can... pick whatever I want in my burger instead of having to ask to make substitutions. The deep fried pickles were great too! I gotthe garlic fries which weren't what I expected but they were alright. I found a hair in them and the girls were so apologeticand remade them. The fries portion was huge but by the time I got the new ones we were stuffed from our burgers and pickles sowe only ate a few All in all we will definitely come back on our visits up here :) Read more
We are a family of 4, the poutine was perfect for all of us to share with our single plus burgers, we also ordered a crispy... chicken burger....but SOMEONE ate it before I could snap a photo, It was sooooo good! Our burgers were pretty dry. The garlic french fries were good but wish they had come with a garlic dipping sauce
The burgers are amazing. And let's talk about the garlic fries...OMG outstanding. My salted Carmel shake? Well, take a look at... my reaction???? in the pic. We went with a group and enjoyed the burgers. The fries were good but really inconsistent in each of our orders. One batch was... all tiny ends and one of the garlic fries was really soggy. Otherwise a good spot. Read more
