The person who took the order wasn't able to understand firstly and later when we reached the window the person was not friendly... atall even after saying sorry she was making faces and was rude. Pathetic service. Read more
This Tim hortans is trash honestly. The employees don't care about anything they just like to fight with everyone they don't... want to fix any sort of issue and they blame it on everything else they can. I always give them a chance to fix an issue butthey would rather honestly get hostile and have an attitude the whole time you are at the location. I thought it was a problemwith last management but it's carried through their new management and it's sad because I had hope it would change. If I couldgive 0 stars I would. Read more
Omg the employees here don?t even care their customers. They just bother to work for few hours, get paid and run from their job.... We had to wait 15 minutes for mobile order pickup. After informing them couple of times they had got interest to give our coffee! Shame on the management for not reviewing their quality of work. Read more
If I could give no stars I would. We placed mobile order at 7:41 on Saturday evening. Was accepted and we kept getting a... message that it was being made. When we went to the drive-through there were 2 yellow crates blocking the drive-through and thedoors of the store were closed. Person that was in there ignored us at the door. Didnt Know what to do because we paid forproducts we couldn't get to despite the store hours were until 1030. We saw several other people attempt to knock on the door. Tried calling the number and no one answered. Tried the next day and no 1 answered. We were going to stop on our way to theferry but it was so busy and we couldn't miss our ferry. This is completely unacceptable . How are you still taking orders ifyou're closing early.. And no one answers through the app either this is just plain old robbery Read more
Great experience at this Tim Hortons Location! Nice open space with great lighting. Lots of seating space as well. Excellent... service from the workers, they were nice and friendly. Would recommend this location for anyone in the area. Also, the veganoptions are awesome - ask for no mayo on the beyond meat burger if you want vegan. Read more
My friends usually visit here. And enjoy beverages and food but since last couple of weeks one of the employee doesn?t prepare... good food and lack of customer service. Else our last experience visiting here was good but not anymore. Read more
