I love Potbelly's, great sandwiches/ subs that don't break the bank,, although they have gone up a lot since I last ate at... Porbelly's. I always get The Wreck, which use to be $6, today I paid $9. I have ordered my meal several times on the app at least 30 minutes in advance. When I arrive 15 to 20 minutes past my given... pick-up time, it hasn't even been started. Its not even busy and they seem confused as to where my prder is. No one apologizesand there is no sense of urgency to make my order. It's sad that as much a I enjoy coming here, I can't waste my entire lunchbreak waiting for something that should've been ready. Read more

Please next time let me know if store has "preferred kind of guests" they serve based on the skin color. I was in line didn't... get attend until the customers after me entered the store. For some reasons, even though I ordered first , the following guests(fair complexion and Caucasian) were served and paid for their order before me while I was still standing there like aninvisible man and completely ignored. I don't mind my order being messed up but I do mind how I'm treated compared to a fellowguest who has a different skin complexion . if you need the details , Dear owner or manager of the store. My experience today was less than satisfactory. I ordered a sub online (through Potbelly website) and arrived for my order at... the designated time. (20 minutes later). My order was not ready. (Not a big deal as they were busy). In the mean time, 5-7people walked in, ordered their food, it was made while they stood there, handed to them, they paid, and left. It has now been30 minutes since I ordered. There were 5 people (besides me) waiting for online orders. They call my name, hand me my order andI leave. Upon return to my office, I discover that my sub was not even made correctly. I paid for double meat - did not getit, and two of my toppings (mustard & tomatoes) were missing. Not one employee smiled, or thanked anyone for their order, oracted like there was any sense of urgency to get online orders out. I have ordered from this location many times, and have notexperienced these issue before, so I am being optimistic that today was just an "off" day that won't be repeated. Read more

I ordered a bowl of soup; when I asked for a spoon, I was told there weren't any. I asked how I was supposed to eat my soup and... the employee told me he didn't know. Until service improves, I will not return. Read more

I?m so disgusted with this place and the rude girl that is still working there for some reason. Receipt says ?extra hots on... side?, I had to ask for them only to get attitude as usual. My BLT says no avocado and guess what was in it, AVOCADO! They don?ttake the time to make your order correctly. Ever! Please find new management and employees. Sandwich amazing, best tuna fish In town. I feel the the employees can help customers social Distance a lot better. Like they... need to wait till the whole order is ready. Instead of telling customers will u like to pay before you tell them what u willlike. I was there today and I didn?t see no social distancing between customers. Read more
