This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had while dining. We waited 20 MINUTES for drinks which we never received... because we ended up leaving after asking our server for the manager which the manager proceeded to stare at our table whileasking the server questions about what went wrong, instead of coming to our table and seeing if there was anything she could doto make the experience better. if I could give 0 stars, I would. Food is great! Atmosphere is chill. Date night had a good time. Service is kinda slow we entered and wait for at least 10 mins... before someone noticed and asked if we were being helped. The server was fun and attentive. Overall not a bad experience Read more

I will say that this restaurant is very consistent, however consistently awful. The wait staff is slow and act as if they... really don't realize they are working in a place that needs to deal with the public in a professional manner. 15 hours of travel. Popped in excited that they were open for another hour. Have a night cap, a super late dinner probably... something easy since they were an hour from closing. Went to the rest room to wash my hands and passed by the bar that had twobartenders. Maybe 5 seated at the bar. Sat down, and was blatantly ignored for 15 minutes. I wasn’t sure maybe they were ona break, since one of the people behind the bar, went and sat down in a corner on her phone facing directly at me. I had nomenu, no set up, just a bare bar in front of me and the only one seated on that side. Only at best three people at the bar and 2at a table In the Bar area, after 15 minutes she came back behind the. Bar to grab me a menu, when I realized that she wasactually the Bartender and was working. I just thought to myself, that’s horrible hospitality ( I’ve been in the restaurantand food industry for 21 years). I just stood up and walked out. I couldnt bare to spend my money here. We walked in, and there was no one to seat us. I flagged down a waitress and we was then seated. The manager served the food to... us. My brother's food was hard. My fries grew cold while I waited 15mins for condiments. I had ask the manager for the Bucket ofBones bucket which never came. She decided to stop and have a 40-min conversation with another customer. This place is theworse. I'll stick with Greenbelt's TGIF??... they show love to ALL customers regardless of status or RACE. Slow vibe to this place but the food was good. Don't expect fast service but it wasn't busy. Not expensive. Didn't have most of... the beers on the menu on draft but this might be due to supply chain problems. Average place. Read more

One thing i a so much admire about this place is the hospitality of the services , they are so welcoming and polite too. Note... to mentioned, their dishes are excellent especially their fry .I always go there to eat CRISPY WHISKEY COMBO ???? Read more

We came for a late lunch. The waitress acknowledged she was the only one serving the whole place. Apparently, there was only... one person in the kitchen as well. The service was really slow same as getting out food. For what we saw, they were takingcare of the pick ups first and people in the restaurant last. I got the sizzling chicken and shrimps and the chicken was sosmall! I was joking that now, Fridays is serving baby chicks breast. I don't blame the hostess. I think it is just poormanagement.
