Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and tasted great. The associates I interacted with were... pleasant and professional. This dining room has an interior remodel which is almost complete provides a pleasant diningatmosphere. This location was clean and organized. When the weather allows there is outdoor seating available at a patio at thefront of the location and an additional patio with flowers and the fountain on site. Read more
Mcdonalds never disappoints! I always get a 10 piece nugget or a mcchicken. There is one thing strange though .. if I order a 20... piece they are kinda soggy and dont taste fresh , but when I order a 10 piece they are crispy and juicy and taste way better.Why is that? Maybe I?ll ask for fresh nuggs from now on but overall I love mcdonalds!!! Read more
Friday night 9:30pm. I order a double QPC meal and 6 mcnuggets. Pay the bill and then I'm told to pull up and wait. So I wait 10... minutes and someone comes out with a bag. I ask to confirm the order number I have. Without looking at anything she say yes and"we threw in a cookie for the wait". So I take it and drive home 10 min away. Immediately I see there are large fries when Ididn't order large. I dig into the bag and there are 2 filet o fish and 2 large fries. Not even close to what I ordered. Drive10 min back, go inside, get the manager to give me a refund. When I was inside I could clearly see why this place has gonedownhill so much. Total chaos. This wasn't even a busy lunch time rush. You've stripped down your menu and still can't keep up. Fast food? Not even close to fast. You make frozen hamburgers, not Chateaubriand and souffles. What is the problem? This was the most cleanliness McDonald's. It was nicely decorated inside and out. Also the patio with cute seating and plants... and flowers a pleasure. Food was cooked properly. The team is doing a Great job. Keep up the good work! So proud to see peopletaking pride in their job in this day and age. Read more
We had to wait over 4 minutes foe our food, which we wouldn't have minded, but the fries were cold, the sandwiches were cold,... the chicken sandwich was dry and had no mayo on it. The place was filthy. We had to ask someone to clean our table. There wasn'ta clean table in the whole lobby. Very disappointed Read more
This place has went down hill in the past couple months. The new management they have in place is horrendous. They would do... better to promote from within the store rather than rely on people from outside of it. Also the gray hair lady in the kitchen inthe morning needs to go. She has messed up my order more than once. I never had to wait very long here for an order, now its aguarantee. Its a shame because there are a few good regulars there who try hard. Read more
This McDonald?s is by far the best location in the general Reading/Outskirts area. I am a part time Grub Hub driver so I deal... with a lot of restaurants/fast food restaurants daily. This location has the friedliest staff of any I?ve visited in the area. Ibarely walk in the door when I am saluted and asked how I can be helped.The food is always on point. The facility is super cleanin both the outside and inside of the restaurant, spotless. I would like to congratulate and thank the staff and management forthe standard this location is held to, it is unseen anywhere else! Read more
Left Without getting anything. Who's idea was it that you can only redeem 1 deal per certain time amount? Dumb very dumb. If I'm... using your app I eat there. Which means for most of us that includes a partner and or child and my pet. So I'm spending money onyour already ridiculously priced food so cut me some slack and let us get a whole discounted meal.
