9/10 times you order food the order will be screwed up due to it being made completely wrong or items blatantly missing. I once... went back for the sauces and the man working, a shift supervisor nonetheless, gave me such a hard time and repeatedly told methey should have been in the bag. Correct sir, they SHOULD have been, but weren't. The man continued to give me a hard time evenafter bringing the order up on my phone. If you order food, make sure to double check the order and make sure everything isthere, because if you don't, you'll be interrogated when you try to get what you paid for. Read more
So aggravated????...27min for only 2 made to order drinks and one wasn't even rite!!! I like SHEETZ... I love the one out in... Exeter township, I never had a problem with it as well as the other and Leesport I would give them both at least four to fivestars but for this one I would give it NEGATIVE Stars if possible!!! I came here ONLY to order a large milkshake and a mediumcappuccino...there were 3 workers (2 guys and a girl) that worked in the food prep area... The girl was in view of all thecustomers...u can tell she def did not want to be there...she was moving as slow as molasses lol....anyway there were maybe 2 to3 customers with just "food" orders before us....a number of different customers came in after us with food and drink orders...9ppl that came in the store AFTER us placing both food/drink orders had received there orders before us!! So after 21 min FINALLYthe milkshake was ready....then another person that came in 10min after ordered a coffee drink and received it while I STILLwaited for mine...my fiance had to politely approached the guy in the drink area who was extremely rude towards my fiance to askfor my drink... FINALLY 6min later my cappuccino came....and it was completely wrong...I didn't even go BK to him to ask forthe rite drink because I would have had to wait for god knows how long for.a new one....so I ended up throwing it rite in thetrash.... so not only did I waste my money but I also wasted my time waiting for nothing...so yeah I plan NEVER to go bk to thisSHEETZ again... I don't typically complain but they have gotten under my skin. Went here to buy a six pack. My photo ID is expired but I renewed... it online and have the paper copy until my new one arrives in the mail. It literally says on the copy (which also has the 2025expiration and my ID# and everything on it) that it IS a valid form of ID for 60 days (only 20 in) yet they refused to serve me.I mean, I'm sorry you can't just mindlessly scan it but come on. Third time this has happened and I was told tonight, "It maywork for government purposes but we can't accept it." From a freaking Sheetz?? Yeah OKAY you're not that special. Told me 45 minutes to make food! Only person in the store. Was told by cashier other orders in front of me. Purchased food and... planned to wait. Watch kitchen guy make an order for two hot dogs. Then take 3 minutes to scroll through the video display( withhis kitchen gloves on too) then start the next order which was for.... two hotdogs. At this point I returned the food ticket formy money. Guy at counter was told same thing. Same look from him. I told him go to wawa that was where I was headed. Always in stock with the cooler drinks I need, easy access lotto, and atm. Checkout staff is absolutely horrible. No customer... service in the least bit, could at least say hi how are you. Not bad. I stopped in on August 31, 2020 and purchased a wrap to go. It was delicious and not very expensive. I pay with a... cred card. I rarely use cash any more since March when the virus was in full bloom. I would stop in here again. I like thefood at Sheetz. It's better than Wawa anyday. Read more
Took my lunch break and decided to get Sheetz. Everything was perfect! Perfect service, perfect atmosphere, and my food was... perfect! I ordered a quesorito and a cup of fries. My quesorito and fries were nice and hot. Tasted great! The Thursdayafternoon crew deserves some recognition. I was very pleased! Read more
Came to Sheetz for some Moscato but they don't sell wine after 11pm. Say what now!!!! But we can purchase liquor....Make it... Make sense ???? ???? thank you for the liquor tho ????. The staff is very nice and we even met a fellow BX man. Read more
