We were treated like we were long time customers even though this was our first time here. We stopped in to watch Thursday Night... Football. The place was packed, we were meet by a very nice man that found us a table and then moved it so we could get a betterview of the TV. The food was as great as the service. Read more

Ok, here?s a must visit! I ordered the hangover burger & fries. Blew my freaking mind ???? First, I couldn?t stop raving... about the fries - yes, normal regular fries - best I?ve ever had (I think) But then I kept eating the burger which I hadn?tpreviously been paying attention to because I was obsessed with the freaking fries - the burger was ALSO exceptional???? I have been going to Chief's since they opened, good hardy American food, done Mexican options as well. Their chilies are... outstanding, especially the Colorado. They make a mean burger and great chicken salad. Right across from the train station it isa quick bite before or after the fair or races. First off this place is great we walked in, got greeted immediately and sat near the bar, our waitress Amy was very... knowledgeable about the food and drinks, very helpful and kind. I ended up getting the western cheeseburger and a local crafthoppy ipa. It?s a little pricey, but not over the top. The food was very quick very fresh and hot. Chief's is a great burger joint and an even better sports bar. The owner is clearly a broncos fan, but despite those minor... flaws the bar is awesome. A great local hangout on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A pretty good beer selection and even betterkombuca selection. We tasted the new charcoal kombuca and it was a big hit with our crowd. Read more
