If I could rate this location 0 stars, I would. A coworker and I placed online mobile orders at 11:40am and were told by the app... the order would be ready at noon. We went there, only to find that his order was not ready on time. Totally understandable asthey were very busy. However, we continued to wait almost 40 minutes to get his order, and he still never received it. The worstpart was that people who were walking into the restaurant were ordering the same thing he did, and they were walking out withtheir orders before his was even started on. The employees did not care about our wait time or our experience at all, and theywere yelling and swearing at each other behind the counter. Normally, I am not the person who is rude to people in customerservice or food service, but this is unacceptable. Specifically stopped in Solon on my road trip to visit DiBella?s. Used to live near here and now there are no DiBella?s near me.... Always love the Dagwood on everything! Delicious! Minus one star because I waited awhile to check out (while employees justwalked back and forth past me like I was invisible). Had to ask somebody to take my money after the sub was already in hand. There isn?t a better sub anywhere. Once you have a bite of The Godfather sub, you?ll be hooked. The best part is, all of their... subs are just as good. Nothing generic about this place, it?s how a sub should be. You?ll never want to eat one anywhere else. Read more
