Gotta love chens garden Great food ,decent prices ,Free dumplings with my order ,super fast and new staff after covid shutdown... is polite and respectful to customers! Recently,they made a dish a bit diffrent due to complaints from customers "crispy panfried noodles inside with the sauce " (normally they put it on outside to keep them crispy ), anyways called them to let themknow to note the account because we order often ,told them it wasnt necessary to make new order that it was still delicious.ANYWAYS :They brought me crispy noodles anyway just because they said im good customer who orders alot . Small gestures likethis keep me going back . This is how you do buisness and cutomers will always be grateful even if there's a hiccup . Thank youchens for delicious food at good prices !!!! So I have been ordering from this place for a while and I was shocked when this happened to me recently. I ordered the lunch... special which already comes with a soup and I ordered an extra soup and egg roll on the side, which didn't come in the order, itwas on the receipt too. I called them up and they said "oh yea we forgot egg roll, we send it to next time" but when I askedthem about the soup they said they gave me the soup and lied that the lunch special doesn't come with soup has been that way. Im not stupid I have been ordering there for LONG. I have not ordered from there since, dont bother with a place who dontrespect their loyal customers. Read more
