Today I took my 5 year-old Triplets To the McDonald?s on Page Avenue for the last time. There was an incident something was... going on with an older man who came in and was yelling at an employee About something that happened in the parking lot. Anothermom had to break it up and tell the older gentleman to leave which he did. The employee continued to rant for a good 10 minutesloud enough for everyone in the place to hear.there were 4 Adults and 9 children dining. The behavior of the employee Matt wasridiculous and rude that even my five-year-old wanted to know why he was yelling at the grown-up. Very disrespectful to do at afamily place when children are around. All of us were telling each other how it is our last time there. If there's one thing I really dislike doing is writing a bad review for anyone. As a small business owner myself I always like... to highlight and promote the good things of any business. However,..... I would like to know who's running this candy shop? Mark8 out of 10 times we go there for breakfast there is no decaf coffee.. The young servers don't know how to smile and be polite. I would invite the management team to contact me to discuss some of these issues that we've had over the past 6 months or more.At 1 time there was an older staff on board that did an excellent job. I don't do Apps or delivery. I just walk in, greet the staff (who are always nice to me) order my food, then either sit down, or... take it to go. No issues, good eats!???????? I'M LOVING IT ???? Read more
Has to be the worst McD ever. Used the app to order which you must pay for your order. Person told me that I didn't pay and... wanted me to pay and I showed them that I did. Customer behind me asked for extra ketchup for their order and was told there wasalready two packets in their bag. My stuff finished and was given to me all loose (two Big Macs, fries, chicken nuggets, kidsmeals, shakes). I had to ask for a bag which was then just thrown on top of my stuff. After all that I had to check everything.Asked where the extra fries that was the second side for the two kids meals. She told me there weren't any. I showed her theorder that showed "extra" kids fry. She called someone over and they said they gave a bigger size to take care of the "extra".Why didn't the first person say that, I don't know. This is my first time leaving an online review here. I just had to. This McDonalds was and is a nightmare!!! The place was a... wreck. Trash everywhere!!! Staff goofing off and cursing loudly. Ordered mustard and my burger came plain. Staff seemed confusedon how to add mustard. The manager was called and the cashier yelling ?Yo Joe?. Manager seemed very inept. Gave me hot mustardand said it?s the same. My entire visit was eating in a vile lobby with trash everywhere and staff literally just leaning onwalls doing nothing. Even the Manager (Joe) did nothing to tiddy. Of the countless McDonalds I?ve visited this is by far theworst!!!! Inept Manager named ?Joe? and lazy loud mouthed staff, except for the girl named ?Savanna? who was the ONLY onecleaning up (the only one who seems to be actually working). Read more
