We were told we would have to wait for the nuggets to be cooked so they pulled us around. We get up front wait about 15 min then... they walk out and tell us it's gonna another wait for the Mac n cheese. We wait about another 30 min. Mond you it's about 102degrees outside. They finally bring it out and we drive home to open our bag and realize we have less than half our order. Icalled multiple times with no answer. We drive down and they absolutely refuse to replace the food. He used the F word to memultiple times about how his cook left early cuz he's puking etc. Well I spent and additional 15 in gas to come back. High cost for low quality. Nights when our kids have friends over or we don't want to cook but want left overs, Popeyes is one... of the great go to restaurants since you can order a family meal and keep the ordering process simple and fast. 99% of the timewe go through the drive through on our way home from work. This evening we chose Popeyes for dinner and ordered a 16 piecefamily meal. When we got home we found that there was 1 breast, 3 drumsticks, 4 thighs and 8 wings. Half of our chicken "familysized meal" was the little wings. All of the chicken was really dark as if burned and looked "beaten up", missing most of thecrunchy coating like they had been picked through and left under the heat lamps too long. The thigh and drumstick coating thatwas still on the chicken was soggy like they had been sitting on the bottom of the pile for some time, soaking up the grease ofthe piece itself and other pieces of chicken. We paid $76 dollars for this meal? We know prices have gone up everywhere due toinflation. Actually, tonight's meal was approx. $12 more than this same meal was 2 months ago when we paid $64 for it. Even $64was up $20 from what we paid for this exact same meal 3 years ago. What we received this evening does not justify a $76 price.This is ridiculous. Mistakes happen and perhaps this was a mistake but for the cost, employees and managers need to make aneffort to double check everything before it goes out, especially at that price. If this was the bottom of the pile, betransparent with your customers to let them know and give them the option to choose to order something else or wait for the nextbatch to be done. I am so disappointed in Popeyes. Tonight's dinner was not at all worth the cost. I'm pretty certain thatPopeyes just lost our business. Read more

Oh my gosh!! This place was fantastic, not a whole lot of people at 2:30pm but I was really surprised at how fast they got my... food. I usually wait 5-10 minutes, not here!! I got my straw for my drink went to wait and then the waitress nodded to me thatit was ready!! Service was a 100, the place was clean, the workers friendly, and the atmosphere was all around welcoming! Iordered the 3 pieces of dessert and found 6 when I got home.
