Gas price decent. .99 burger on Wednesday surprisingly good. Subs are better, pizzas the best!
5 people working and only ONE person making sandwiches while the other four stood around doing NOTHING! After waiting in line... over 10 minutes I had to buy a (didn't know it was spicy or how old it was) DISGUSTING chicken sandwich if I wanted to make itback to class on time. Staff is always friendly, great food, we order sandwiches frequently. I love this location. I frequent Byrne Dairy stores and I... have to say I always feel bad because it seems like they're all short staffed. The wait to be cashed out takes a long time. Istay patient because I've worked my fair share of retail and know what it's like but sometimes I wish I could just get behindthe counter and start cashing people out lol. Read more
I really like the convenience of the store but I the woman behind the deli counter is extremely miserable. She obviously doesn't... like her job or people. When I ask if they served boneless wings, she snapped at me....IS IT ON THE MENU? So I asked for a menuand she threw it at me. I ordered chicken tenders and she refused to make them. She said there were some left on the warmer. Wewere so excited to get Byrne dairy up on the hill. I will continue to stop there for my milk, but I will not be ordering fromthat deli. Read more
I get a deli sandwich here weekly. The store is always clean, things are easy to find, items are well stocked and the staff is... super friendly! I'm very glad this location is within walking distance of my office. Read more
While the store is much nicer, it now is almost impossible to get checked out in under 10 minutes. Customers can't really tell... where lines begin or end (a problem that could be resolved with a "wait here" notice on the floor and a stripe that shows peoplewhere to stand), and you wind up with people being processed in the wrong order or joining you at the counter when checking out.During another visit I was the only person in line, and it still took 15 minutes to leave the store because both registers wereclosed. I really miss the old hours (both later and earlier), especially because those are still the ones listed online in anumber of places. I have directed a couple construction crews to the Mobil near Kelley's when we found ourselves at Byrne afterhours. (Mobil does have tastier sweets made by local folks; Byrne has better warm sandwiches.) Read more
Brand new everything! First open day. Store looks great. They have gas now. You can sign up for membership and get savings... on gas. They're is hot food now. This should be the top place for Onondaga Hill area quick food gas and everything you need.Super excited. The gas prices are competitive with other gas stations but you can get better ice cream here forcertain. Enjoy! Read more
