Ordered mobile pick up before work, arrived to get the order, and both lobby doors were locked @ 7:05 am. I did not have time to... sit in the drive thru, hence why I ordered ahead. I could see my order sitting on the counter but had no way to get it. This isone of the worst dunkins in the area. Read more
This used to be my favorite Dunkin. Whrn I visited at 715AM, the chairs were still upside down on the tables. At the counter... where I waited for my order, I noticed the back of one of the machines with coffee beans strewn all over the back of the machineand the counter. Unfortunately, having ordered a hot sandwich, with butter- there were no napkins. When I did take a stool downfrom the counter, the counter needed to be wiped down. Read more
To order, we had to wait for 15 minutes on the line. After we ordered, half of the order served and half took 45 minutes to make... and that too after four times reminded them that we did not get our food. Very poor service I did not expect. Read more

I used to frequent this location and regularly spent $40 a week here and I?d like to give it 0 stars, for the record. The... employees are terrible to say the least. They don?t care to make your pricey coffee correctly and they are SLOPPY. In my honestopinion they get paid too much to give such poor service and not know what they are doing, or care. This location is HORRIBLEand proved it today with whatever was at the bottom of cup! I?m beyond DISGUSTED!
