Their subs are okay and the staff varies depending on who is working. Usually they aren't the most friendly. But for a fast food... shop they are pretty decent. Def no Quiznos though Read more

Awful customer service, no help to be found behind counter during busiest time of day. When I finally did yell for help the... girl was rude, unprofessional and not the least bit apologetic for the wait. This location used to have great service but hasgradually decreased the last few years. Will not return. Read more

Extremely impressed with the service I received. Mainly being an ex supervisor for this location. The man who was working... listened to me with exactly how I wanted my sub done. He did not try to argue and say it should be done this way. Was also niceto know I taught him a new setting on the toaster over. I'm sure he'll impress more costumers as time goes on. Read more

Usually would never give 5 stars to a fast food restaurant or anything of the sort but wanted to give a shout out to the... employee who stepped up handled business when it was needed! Tyrell, I think that was his name, had to take over as his coworkerhad cut herself and needed to leave work. This was shortly before I came into the store. Another party entered behind me withone customer and then shortly after that a group of about five young gentleman came in and the line was starting to back upquickly. The couple that was ordering, seem to be ordering 6 or so Subs. He kept his cool, made the sandwiches prettyefficiently, and moved on to the next customer. Meanwhile oh, he had coordinated to get someone else to come in and help... Bythe time that person had arrived, which was not very long, he had made it threw myself in about three-quarters of the line! Thisgentleman needs to be recognized for his hard work and dedication and for keeping his cool when customer service was neededmost! I really hope other young adults his age can follow suit. Great job Tyrrell, and all the other folks who work at Subway ofCamillus. Read more

Horrible service! Employees are more interested in talking to each other than serving their customers. My 3 year old son ordered... with me and was being very polite by saying thank you when we were leaving. The employees couldn't be bothered to say anythingin response. My son said it 4 times cause he thought they didn't hear him but in reality they were just rude and self absorbed.I hope the owner and manager read this and actually do something about their sad excuse for employees.
