We went to Tacoma Mall location ordered the cheesesteak with no onions no mayonnaise and asked for ketchup to be put on it he... said well we wouldn't put ketchup on that in a very rude way. So I got home got the sandwich was going to eat it and there'sonions all over it So it went straight into the trash can. It was a horrible place We will never go there again.!!!! I wasted gas to wait in line for 15 minutes just to order food and they wouldn't take a 50 dollar bill when my total was $41.96.
Sometimes it will depend on which franchise you go for certain Brands but with Charley?s, I have always enjoyed a consistent... flavor that I?ve been used to for years and the Tacoma mall location is fast, friendly and solid. I have only ordered thechicken Philly and original beef Philly, so I don?t know what the other sandwiches taste like but these guys have never let medown! I?m usually not a mall food court guy but it was lunch time and I was starving. The staff here is very friendly, they all... communicated my order well (i don?t eat bread, and was specific in my toppings). They kept the counters very clean, thecondiment station full and were very helpful. Absolutely worth the $15 for the large Philly. It was LOADED with meat and cheese and tasted amazing from start to finish. And... the cheese fries are so good, drenched in cheese sauce, they never skimp. I was politely greeted and the order was preparedquickly. Ok so definitely not worth the 15$ for a sandwich and drink. Don't get me wrong the blueberry lemonade was tasty but other then... that. The sandwich had barely any flavor to it ???? after all the great reviews I am quite disappointed. Read more
