Update: Ordered curbside last night and when I arrived, none of their curbside spots out front were available as others were... using them as regular parking spaces. I would encourage management to eliminate the option or actually manage these spaces fortheir customers that select this option. I had to park out back and came in to pick up our order from the warmer as we?ve donebefore. This time though, the person behind the bar yelled, ?Sir, is that yours??. Not very customer focused to accuse customersof stealing pizzas. I said yes and continued on my way but was stopped by another employees that needed to ?check it?. Theydidn?t confirm who I was or ask for ID. This felt rude and unnecessary if you don?t even confirm if the order is ours in anyway.Management and staff need to do better. If pizzas are walking off, they need to put a system in place that equitably verifiesidentities and it should include a ?who?s picking up? in the online ordering as our order was in my wife?s name. My husband and I have ordered from here many times and always enjoy it. Last night, I ordered a Caulipower crust pizza and... wings, within 15 minutes it was delivered to my door. It was rock solid stiff and cold. I called the store and spoke to theManager Alex, whom proceeded to question me on why I had an issue, I don't understand how a pizza and wings could be made anddelivered so quickly and be so darn cold. Ate 2 small pieces of the pizza and it didn't taste like usual, and that was becauseit wasn't caulipower crust. I am allergic to Gluten. Thank you for sending me the cold, rock solid hard gluten pizza! I havebeen suffering the consequences!!!!!!!! Never ordering from here again!!!!! Read more
I'm not a Farrelli's Pizza fan, because of their price.. but I did get food for me and 2 other people.. plus a beer.. after a... tip, it was about $90.. I can't lie.. the food was pretty good.. just more expensive then I would like to pay for a chainrestaurant.. but it was good.. Read more
The food is delicious and the staff wonderful. A bit pricey compared to other pizza places but worth it. Disposable plates with... my order would have garnered a 5th star but I asked and they weren't available. Read more
I always enjoy coming here for lunch by myself. As usual I get a personal pan with all my weird toppings. This time I added ????... and it was very tasty ???? the drink was good but a Lil on the strong side for my liking. Customer service is always great. Read more
Just want to update my review from 2 years ago 1 to 5 stars. We go out Fridays after bowling and this location is back on our... list next season. April and May 2022.. great service and food! Hope the young man that served us is still there! Read more
I?ve been passing Farrelli?s for years, and yesterday I decided and acted on eating there. The food was delicious. Some may read... the menu from right to left, and say it?s kinda expensive, but Wait until your tastebuds ???? taste the food. Mindy was veryfriendly and informative. My family and I dined here on a random weekend night. I was surprised at how slow it was, very few people. We enjoyed the garlic... bread, and the pizza was yummy(although the sausage was a bit crumbly) The iceberg lettuce salad was ok, packaged croutons suck.Overall the food was good and the service was very accommodating, our server could be serving where she earned good tips tho.Hate to think she had to stay there until midnight closing.
