Honestly this is the best place I have dined in YEARS. Let's start with the food quality- WOW. Exceeds all expectations. From... the bread to the salad to the main entree's and the wine...I mean everything is quite literally perfect. I am beyond impressed.So much so that I thought about this place from the moment I left till the moment I came back. The service is also absolutelyamazing all the servers here do an impeccable job at taking care of you. The setting here is additionally beautiful I feel socalm and at peace. This is my new happy place and I highly recommend you try it for yourself if you're reading this. I couldn'tbe happier. Top notch italian restaurant Fresh ingredients Perfectly executed, hand-made noodles A concise menu with something delicious... for everyone. We tried a little of everything from every section of the menu. Our very rowdy table got quiet for 10 minutesafter the food showed up ... cuz everyone was enjoying their meals so much. We loved it enough that we made the drive to come back even tho we movedaway from Tacoma. I’m including pictures from both visits. The Fett’Unta (SP?) is delicious we had to get it both visits. (Iwill warn you it has a bit of a tangy feel which may not be for everyone). Every dish we’ve tried has been packed of flavour.They’re clearly intentionally designed. The wait staff has been very willing to answer questions, give *honest* suggestions,encourage you to let them know if you tried something and didn’t like it, etc. Tonight we had Mandy D. Who absolutelyimpressed. We ordered a steak which ended up being cooked more than we’d requested and they *immediately* knew something waswrong after we’d cut into it and saw that it wasn’t what we ordered and offered every solution possible to help us enjoy therest of our meal. Gracious, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, everything you hope for in a waiter. Our waiter last visit was verysimilar in temperament and they even checked on us at one point and helped when we wanted another drink. This restaurant clearlyseems to intentionally hire good people. An absolute gem near PLU!! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary here last night and everything exceeded our expectations. We... ordered every course available, starting with the Pork Belly. H O L Y G O D! It came with red fennel hash that complimented thetender belly pieces so well! Next we had their house salads, and those were simple yet delish. The star of our show was the 20ozbone in Ribeye, though. Seasoned perfectly, cooked exactly as ordered and doused in a sauce that honestly I could have drankstraight from a glass. We finished the night with the mango cheesecake and the triple berry almond cream cake. The cheesecakewas not as sweet as expected, but instead allowed the mango sauce to shine! The almond cream cake only has one word, YUM! Onour way home, we talked about going back for round 2, it was that good. Definitely make a reservation! I went to Marzano's for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was busy but I had made a reservation so I was able to get a table... quickly. It was a clean, fancy restaurant with charming ambiance. The food was delicious! Although I couldn't pronounce thenames of some of the dishes, the descriptions of each item were very helpful. This was the best birthday ever thanks to Marzano's and their outstanding staff! It was a big milestone for me and will never be... forgotten ?. Silvia had our favorite table already prepared for us when we walked in with our favorite drinks, red wine andchampagne, beautiful roses from Johnny (our other waiter) and balloons were there. ????! It was such a surprise It broughttears to my eyes. Dinner was outstanding and at the end a generous portion of tiramsue was brought to us with a candle ???? onit. My son googled a place to go to celebrate his birthday and found this Italian restaurant with good reviews. We decided to give... it a try and it was a great experience. We had to make a reservation. It is a little place, looks like a house in and out, alittle difficult to find it. Service was great, food amazing, small menu which made it easier to decide what to order. They maketheir own pasta and sauces. We are 4 and all of us order something different and switch plates to try them all ????, all weregreat. Highly recommend, we'll definitely come back. I would say is a little pricey but totally worth it. The ambiance was nice,you feel like you are having dinner at an old little house... We loved it.
