My rating would have been zero but a 1 star is the lowest. The manager Kelly is a rude and obnoxious person. Yelling and... belittling employees in the open in front of other employees and patrons. Lacks tact and leadership skills and is not qualifiedor mature enough to hold a managererial position. Managers besides ensuring that the normal day to day operations are met, theyare also responsible in ensuring employees are current with policy and training. My friend was fired from this store because ofthe allegations of the mishandling of money and receipts. He was called a thief and accused of stealing when the cash box wasshort. All employees including the manager (Kelly) have access to it. Anybody could have taken it. SLANDER and DEFIMATION OFCHARACTER is a very serious accusation. Hope you have hard evidence like a video to back up your accusation. I have encouragedhim to seek legal counsel concerning this matter. I know this store is a franchise but I'm also encouraging him to file acomplaint with Subway Corporate. Read more

Unfortunately you can?t really blame the employees at just how aweful this particular location truly is. It?s clear lack of... training on the management side of this. There?s no reason it should take 20 minutes to make two sandwiches when we were theonly people in there. Not to mention. The poor gal who was clearly very new was left to her own devices while the other onethought it was more important to scoop cookies rather then help her new co worker I?ve given this location several chances. We arrived around 11. First we had to wait for a worker to come back from break to come "help" us. There is a sign that says... "restrooms for customer service only" and needed a code to enter. I asked the employee "may I please have the code to therestroom so I can use it while he starts our sandwiches." He rudely told me they're not for customers.
