The new sandwiches are really good and made well at 72nd street. Only one time they were out of a spread.
They never have the orders ready on time. No matter if they're busy or not. I got an order for 5 footlong subs. They haven't... even started. They other subways don't send for the driver until they are done. This place is ridiculous. Read more

Store closes at 9:30 come in and was told at 9 that they were closed. Either quit being lazy or update the store hours. Smh

I am very upset with this location and not because of the quality of sandwiches (those were fantastic). These are the issues I... have #1 the prices on the board were NOT the prices they were charging (ILLEGAL) the poor cashier said I can't do anythingabout it. #2 I had a coupon code for $5.99 foot longs that he couldn't/wouldn't use. Again with I don't know how if it doesn'thave a QR code can't use it. No one was there but one person who didn't know how to do anything (except make AMAZING subs) Read more
Ordering online was easy! Even with the location only having one other customer in the store they still hadn?t even started on... my order 5-10 minutes after the completion time given. They played it off as if I came in far too early, but I actually came ina few minutes later than the time given. I was outside in the car waiting (which is how I saw the one customer) On top of that,ordering in the store would be a headache because the music and fans are on high and they talk very quietly and have troubleunderstanding orders. Overpriced, rude & lying staff. Would not let use bathroom unless buy something. Even after buy sandwiches, then could not use... restroom, was told no use when dark. Go next door to Hot Teriyaki, more friendly and better place to get food and you are ableto use bathroom, whether you buy or not. I'd give minus stars for subway if could. Read more
