My experience comes from within. I am new to this type of food industry. And I don?t say this because I work here. I say this... because I have 20 years in food. And this establishment takes time with there training. And they take time to make sure theknowledge you need is there. They provide exceptional customer service. Because things do go wrong. Humans make mistakes. Thecare and concern they have going about it makes all the difference. Before working I came here to eat on nights I didn?t feellike cooking #momlife. Came in the other day to this location for the first time very nice clean & cool environment had a destyne as my waiter she was... very nice and kind and treated me well food came out in a decent manner of time drinks were pretty good also can see myselfcoming to this location again Read more
Their understaffed so even if the place has available seating you still need to wait. Servers were great. Food portions felt... smaller then normal and the food didn't really wow me. Read more
Where do I even begin with my rave review if their phenomenal staff & management team!? From the time my family & I walked... inside, we were warmly greeted by the host Ashley. Smiling firm ear to ear she seated is over in the section of Destiny. Shewent above & beyond for my family & I. As well as Zach assisting with any extra napkins, sauces, & boxes, ect that we may haveneeded. Absolutely outstanding Zach & Destiny! Thank you both, as well as Ashley too. This used to be a decent place to grab a bite, but not for a long time. Where to begin........ Took forever to get a drink... served because the waitress would rather do everything BUT serve customers. Asked for butter when I ordered food, never cameuntil the end of the meal, after asking REPEATEDLY! Food came, ordered a steak. Had to gnaw on it like a caveman because ourdisappearing waitress couldn't be bothered for a knife! Asked, never received. Steak was undercooked, cheese was soupy, shrimpwas rubbery as chewing gum. A word of advice: if you go to a restaurant around 5-6pm, and it's empty, run! There IS a reason.This place has been bad for awhile now. I had hoped it got better, it didnt. I?m a regular with my girlfriend and we always have the BEST waitresses! Both Mindy and Karen at the Taylor Applebee?s have been... so nice and have always gotten the orders correct and out in a timely matter. You can tell they care about their job and makingsure everything is great. Absolutely wonderful staff! Read more
