A Terrible experience. Especially being a Tsfr employee. I went to this location and ordered 4 strawberry shakes and 1 chocolate... shake, a cheesecake bites and queso and chips. When I went home they forgot my Queso. Then when I went back up there she justhand it to me no apology no nothing so overall a terrible experience so if you order in a lot of food I would not recommendordering a lot of food because they will most likely forget something. I would have gone lower if I could with the rating. The snack cheese quesadilla was okay, however the chicken tacos did not... taste good at all. It almost seemed like the chicken came out of a can. So much for the food being fresh... Very dissapointed. Icould have spent the same amount at Taco Bell and received a lot more! Read more
It was a very good del taco. They had a really good atmosphere with lots of choices. It was a nice updated del taco. My kids... loved all the food choices and most are really cheap. My one kid got a cheeseburger happy meal with friends and a root beer. Myother kid got tjr chicken nugget meal with sweet and sour. Great that a place still has that kind of sauce. It was a very gooddel taco. They had a really good atmosphere with lots of choices. It was a nice updated del taco. My kids loved all the foodchoices and most are really cheap. I ordered 9 tacos with everything including sour cream I?m thinking everything means lettuce, tomatoes, meat and cheese!! Well... all nine had just meat and cheese a few strands of lettuce and a tiny drop of sour cream?!?!?! Really??? I called to voice mydispleasure and the manager was extremely rude, non caring, nonchalant and overall not concerned she didn?t offer any solutionsshe said absolutely nothing except yelling that she was the manager!!! I?ll tell you what ?.never again!! People spend yourmoney where it?s appreciated and the manager actually cares because this location is NOT it!! CLEARLY I should?ve went to TacoBell!!! I frequent Dell Taco, but this particular one is newer and this was my first time there. First let?s start with they only had... ?small and large? options with no accommodations? Then I ordered two soft beyond guacamole tacos and before pulling off Inoticed that they were hard. I gave them back and the gentleman at the window was very monotonous about the order being wrong.When he came back to the window with the right order there was no apology or anything just here? Overall, customer service wastrash, food was good when they finally got it right and there wasn?t a long wait at all. Read more
