Service is great and friendly, no complaints at all. I gave two stars because the wings were very very greasy you see and taste... the butter more than the sauce itself. Please don?t overload the sauces with so much butter you are gonna give someone a clogartery. Read more
Great Service and cold beers. Order 50 Hot wing & they were not as hot as they where in the past. It was noisy do to... maintenance issue going on. The manager should have moved us to another room. Your business should always think of the customerfirst. Read more
Disappointed. Came in on Saturday, early evening, to order wings to-go for the there of us. Waited at the bar for 45 minutes... for my wings. Really, 45min?? My order was placed at 5:15, I was the only one sitting at the bar, and many many tables wereempty. The guys in the kitchen seemed to be having a good time, but I feel 45 minutes is a long time. I had never been to a hooters before today and special shout out to Payton behind the bar for making me feel so welcomed and... just being amazing in general. I will definitely be back just because of her. Her kindness and infectious smile was all Ineeded. The food was just a bonus honestly before my long drive home to Jackson. She helped me with my choice of food and nevermade me feel like I was bugging her. Honestly that's the big take away from my visit today. The building may not be new and 5star but their staff was so cool and relaxed and made me instantly feel welcomed and valued. The girls atmosphere here was whatmade it here for me. The food was very normal and what I expected but the ladies made it a experience. I will definitely be backjust because of Payton ???? Being ranked in the Top 10% Bar/Restaurant reviewers on Google Maps I just wanna say, usuallyestablishments don't get a 5 star rating from me but I did receive 5 star service.
