Service was slow. 2 different employees looked at me waiting to order without a word. Someone came from the back and said she... would be right with me. This prompted another employee who was on their cell to help me. All the while they were complainingabout another employee calling in. I was also not informed of the long wait. Was hoping for a better experience. Cute well decorated place. Sandwiches were so soggy with too much mayo, made them hard to... eat, but they were generously filled with meats. Salads and kids menus available. Read more
OMG prices, $2 more per sandwich than any other Firehouse I have visited (I am from FL). The Large Smokehouse (that I used... points to buy) was light on meat, absent lettuce and tomato, and the bread was cracking (dry and hard). They also had run out ofsome meats, and Sweet Tea. Though it was more likely the employees (nearing the end of shift) didn?t want to Slice/Prep the meator make more tea. I also listened to two female employees, one on the clock, having a conversation (gossiping) about other womenand their periods. Not that people can?t have the freedom of free speech, and talk about real issues; but people are eating. Andthis directly reaffirms my thought that you just didn?t have the work ethic to make sweet tea or prep more meat. Read more
Okay, so the sandwiches here are good, but the customer service lacks a lot. I don't know if this location is missed managed,... but It never seems busy, but the employees take forever. It's always dirty and unorganized, but I never see anyone cleaning.There is always trash or boxes in the dining area waiting to be taken out to the dumpster. One of the bathrooms is out of orderindefinitely, and be careful what day you go because it might be meat day, and they may or may not have the ingredients to makethe sandwich you want. Read more
The first picture is what I ordered the second picture is what I received from Firehouse Subs! I can?t even believe they would... make such a sandwich and expect someone to eat it. I threw it in the trash and will never order from them again. I ordered thisthrough Door Dash and thankfully they gave me my money back when I gave them a call and explained. Read more
