One star only because of our server. Manager was rude and confrontational. Our group has gone out to Korean and Japanese BBQ all... the time. The pork belly was frozen when it came out, the beef was swimming in blood on the plate, the chicken was a muted greycolor, The meat had no flavor and the grate got so disgusting we asked for a clean grate. And the grate we were given when itheated up bubbled up with grease and food pieces from between the two layers. The flans did not help at all with the smoke andthe whole restaurant was filled with plumes of smoke. We decided to leave and when we approached the counter to pay the managerwhen we told him what happened he asked if we had ever been to Korean BBQ and the places we had been. He was rude and accusingsaying we didn?t know what to expect for eating Korean BBQ. 24.99$ per person I wouldn?t pay 5$ for with the quality of the meator the cleanliness. The service here is so bad. Since it is all you can eat, I don?t see why we can only order one plate per time. What if some... people in our table don?t eat that ?particular? plate, so they have to wait until the table finish and order again?We were notmad, but we just wanted to make things straight with the server nicely. However, it seemed like they could not handle the?complaint? and had to call out their owner. The owner came to take care of us, but with an attitude. This is the worst. If youcan?t handle even a slightest complaint from a customer and have to give out this kind of attitude, don?t start a restaurant. Read more
Always pleasant. The owner is super nice and always there to help. Staffs are amazing . Such a friendly family atmosphere. ... Food and marinades are great . Very fast service and always attentive . Delicious food and super delicious sides . We werethere last night before closing and their service was still top notch . We have gone there 4 times now and everytime they areconsistent and great . There's not a lot of options for Korean BBQ in this area. The physical space for this restaurant is pretty small but we were... able to get a seat quickly and service was super fast! The meat quality was not the best; a lot of the meat was mostly just fatand they were thick cut. Most of the cooked meat ended up being tough and chewy. The marinades were super well done!
