Nestur was making my burgur but he forgot to wipe the crack off of it
Normally we don't eat here. A lot of times they've gotten our drive thru order wrong in some way. Tonight was much better... though. Eduardo was very nice and helpful inside the restaurant. We had to go in because the app wasn't working and he helpedus. They also made our food just right. Read more
Let the staff know that the soda machine tasted like straight soda water and the expediter said not to drink the ones we poured... and she would get us new ones. She told the manager on duty who said they are fine. Good thing I had cash because the cardreaders were down to. Lots of customers left do to cash only. We had to go to the store for drinks. I've had item missing from my order here. I either called in or let the attendant know at the order kiosk and they kindly added... the item to the order free of charge. Always good customer service here. Read more

Very poor customer service! The individual at the window was real rude to my fiancé and I over a coupon issue. Not only that,... but the food we received was poorly made and missing lettuce. I couldn?t eat my sandwich as it looked repulsive. Read more
