I've been here before but now it's under new management! I can see the difference in care with the atmosphere. Staff seems... happy, they are very attentive and kind, food is great and my family is happy! Love the coloring pages and new bibs! Our server was AWESOME. my husband, brother and little girl went there around 11 and even though there was some entertainment... from the lottery room ???? we had a good dinner. I've been satisfied with Shari's when I go to the actual restaurant but it seems like they don't care about their online orders... or their Doordash orders. The food was just slapped into the to go containers, the scrambled eggs were greasy and the bacon wasundercooked. I also ordered two sides of French fries at $4.95 each and received two of the smallest to go containers filledabout 1/4 of the way with soggy, unseasoned fries. ??????????????????????????? Ive ordered the same exact thing sooo many times and it had always been perfect! But today... .......The steak was more like a burger patty shaped as a steak that tasted horrible with a mushy consistency like toothpasteand then they left out the loaded from my loaded potatoe. While our waitress was nice, our experience was not. There were two waitresses, and three sets of people dining including us. We... waited 30 minutes before we received drinks. It was over an hour before we got our food. All of our drinks were empty by thattime and no waitress in sight. When she started bringing food, she served five of the seven people and then left. After anotherten minutes the other two meals finally showed up. We finally left the table to ask for drinks again. She brought a pitcher oflemonade and one of tea... no water... and our drinks were supposed to be the flavored versions. And she carried my glass withher finger inside. One meal was burnt, and my "piled-high prime rib dip" was super dry and had barely any meat. (*see pic)Again, I don't think the waitress was malicious, but she did a poor job and the food was worse. Nice wait staff. Very attentive. My top sirloin was a little disappointing. Ordered it Medium and felt like I received it MR.... The taste was good, but the cut seemed like chopped steak vs top sirloin. Maybe Texas Roadhouse has me spoiled. The french frieswere excellent. The side salad was huge and good. Some of the lettuce was slightly brown, but I?d order it again. The krutonswere very good. Very fresh. Not hard like most places, but more like well made little pieces of toast. Pumpkin pancakes were undercooked and I asked for sausage patties and got bacon. My eggs were perfect and my husband's hamburger... was great. The bacon had a good flavor as well. Took a long time to get ordered and our meal. Only having the one waitress forthe whole restaurant is crazy. I have been a waitress before and it is terrible to make her work the whole place by herself.Don't be cheap! Hire more cooks and waitresses. Read more
