We had breakfast at the Pacific Hwy location this morning. Service was very poor. We were new customers, so the server was more... concerned about her regular customers. Service was slow even though it wasn't busy. Another server was walking around with aphone stuck in her ear talking loudly for most of the time we were there. My breakfast burrito was just ok and the hash brownswere burned on the bottom. My wife's omelet was dry, her hash browns were burned on the bottom, and she asked for dry wheattoast but of course it came with butter on it. The food is way overpriced. In my opinion if you're not a regular don't wasteyour time or money. Read more

I have never been to a Biscuits Cafe I did not like, and this is my favorite one! They're open early, they close early at 2:30,... and every moment in-between is filled with deliciously prepared breakfast and lunch foods. The portions are huge and it's easyfor me to get another meal from the leftovers. They're fairly flexible on their substitutions, you can order a la carte, andtheir coffee is absolutely delicious and coming from me, devoted tea drinker, that says a lot for their coffee! Great food, great service, great people! They're at the corner of 99W and Durham in the same little building in the parking lot that has apizza place and a Chinese food place. This is a great place for breakfast and for lunch. Plenty of parking too! Just my opinionfolks. Read more

This is one of my favorite breakfast places in Tigard/Tualatin and along Highway 99. I love that they have a good sized portion... of their menu dedicated to vagen/vegetarian dishes. I recommend this breakfast place to anyone who loves breakfast. All theirdishes are hearty in size. They also have lots of seating for large families and groups around 6-8 people. Simple environmentbut great food! Read more

We loved our server Grace. She treated us like family, anticipated our every need, and the food was very good. She even gave us... coffee to go. Loved the biscuits, French toast, and chicken fried steak. We will be back! Read more

Love their cinnamon rolls! Pretty good breakfast. The place is a little small so there may be some wait time. Recommend to call... in advance for big groups. Read more

When I arrived there was parking. I was seated right away even though the restaurant was very busy. Drinks were served as soon... as we were seated. We were checked up on plenty of times. Food came out quickly. Staff was friendly. I loved my meal. I hadJoe's Scrabble. Eggs were not too wet or too dry. Onions were cooked but still had crunch. The tomatoes were just right. Thebiscuits were phenomenal. Overall a great experience. Read more

Anyone who gives this less than 4 stars will never be satisfied. I am a REALLY picky eater. This place is amazing. Everything... came out hot. I found the seasoning to be perfect (my husband thinks pepper is a food group, so taste before adding any). Coffeeis good. I drink my coffee black, so I feel I have a good grasp on what can be drank. The waitress was amazing. She picked myhusband's meal. The portions were so large that he couldn't finish. Clean, yummy, covid compliant. Read more
