Unfortunately, McDonald's has desperately gone down in the past several years. And COVID has not helped. I've come to this... McDonald's over the past 30 years, since I was 5yr old. I have seen the many ups and downs and multiple remodels. Unfortunately,this McDonald's is truly terrible for a plethora of reasons, but most of them are due to slowness and actual customerservice. If you come here, plan to have AT LEAST 30 min to wait BEFORE getting your food. That doesn't matter if it's the drivethrough, mobile order, or walk in and order. You WILL NOT get your food anytime in less than 30min. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner.Which is truly sad, since the premise of McDonald's is "fast food". The one good thing, is that the food is good. I wasactually impressed by the quality of how good the food was, on my most recent visit. The fries were crispy and salty, the bigMac was decently prepared, the nuggets were nice, and of course their coke was the signature coke, you can ONLY get atMcDonald's. Read more
What an utter disappointment. There were 5 people ahead of me inside, 4 had to bring their order back because it was wrong. The... replacement order was wrong on 2 of those. I ordered 2 basic hamburger's and a fry. I look in the bag, check, they got mineright! It took them 20 minutes to get it out, so the burgers were totally cold, and surprise, there was cheese on the burgers!They were wrapped as hamburgers, but had cheese. I don't do cheese. Sigh. I couldn't go back so at least I got a mostly coldfry that I could eat. There was plenty of staff doing orders they just were totally clueless or didn't care. Read more
I don?t have very high standards for fast food. But this place has no standards whatsoever for themselves. Every time I?ve... gotten food here it takes forever. And when I do get it, it?s so sloppily made you?d think a child put it together. Beef pattiesand chicken are often overcooked as well. Now it?s nearly been an hour and I STILL don?t have my food. Pretty good for fast food. I loved the new McFlurry that they brought out for a limited time. Fast food is so bad for you, but... sometimes you just want some cheap ice cream, and McDonald's has that. The lines were insane, so they must be doing somethingright. Good for them staying in business for so long! Read more
We go here all the time (kids and their happy meals agh!). It?s usually very good with speedy services here until recently. Not... sure if they have staffing issues like other restaurants. My kids enjoy playing at their indoor play structures as well. Staffare generally friendly. Read more
I?ve worked in the food industry for several years, so I know there?s more to the story than the eye can see. I have no issues... with the employees, my lackluster review is purely for management and ?the powers that be.? I am writing this review afterwaiting 45 minutes in the drive through for two hamburgers. If I was at in n out burgers on vacation I would understand. After20 minutes in line I was already stuck, literally. This is unacceptable. Update: 52 minutes later I got my burgers. Yikes! Avoidthis location on Saturday night. Fast and our order was correct unfortunately they asked us to hold for the coffee and it took a while, they didn?t provide... straws or any sauces until we went inside to request them. Read more
Unfortunately, there is something seriously wrong with the flow of this McDonald's. The drive thru is extremely long and inside... the wait is worst. The interior is clean and nice but no one has any food to eat. Orders take way to long to fulfill and thereis a sense of anger and inpatients from all the patrons.
