Complete poor customer service do not know how to read instructions on their screen and fill out orders the way that they are... made I received an order in the bag when I was sitting in to enjoy my meal and I asked them what's wrong with this receipt myfood was in a bag not on a tray it's the simple things that people are lacking. Had to stay late at work. Literally have to stay by myself until four am and just wanted to grab some food since everywhere was... closed but I get there ten minutes before closing I am told they?re already closed. Went to get a frozen coke, they were out! Since when is McDonalds out of anything before noon? I find that McDonalds is having... trouble with their frozen coke machine quite often as well. Don't offer something you cannot stay up with. Frustrated becausewhen I need a caffeine boost I don't drink coffee and the regular, dense coke is too much sugar. I prefer the airated frozendrink. My partner and I went through the drive through tonight, and honestly it was ridiculous. I'll start with the fact that I work... retail, so I understand gripes with corporate. That being said: don't allow your general manager to complain to one employeeabout ANOTHER employee's suspension while blocking the drive-thru window with her back to us. Went in on a Thursday at 9pm, 2 hours before closing. Inside was closed, and the person working the drive thru line said they... were closed in 5 minutes and that we were only allowed to order Fish fillets or 1 burger because those are the only onesprepared. The store associate was really rude and made us wait for 15 minutes before they even spoke to us, and that's when theytold us about them closing 2 hours early. There were about 15 people in line waiting for orders at this time and he was refusingto help anybody. Read more
Would give it 0 or even -1 stars but that's not an Option. They were very rude when my husband tried to talk to them about how... they missed some information from my order. Like the fact it was a dine in and not a to go, and that we ordered two drinks andthey only gave us one. The manager came out yelling that we needed to leave because we were "cussing at her employee that's intraining" (we have seen that employee there for months so either her training is going very slow or that is false information)and my husband only said "how hard is it to read your screens?" They also threaten to call the cops on us while we were tryingto collect and gather our belongings. This isn't the first time they have provided poor customer service either. Almost everytime we go there, there is a problem of some kind. Don't waste your time here, go to one of the many other McDonald's in thearea. Read more
