The only reason I've been continuing to go here is nostalgia. I'm officially done. Half of the time that I go here, my order is... wrong, they're slower than a snail in the summer, and what I get is stale or dry. Apparently they would also like to add closingwhenever they want. There has never had a worse Jack in the Box that I have been to. Read more
They forgot our drink, which happens sometimes, but when I called to let them know we will come back after our appointment to... pick it up the female employee rudely asked "You're calling about a drink!?" This was uncalled for! It doesn't take any extratime to be nice, I was very nice on the phone with her. Food was good, but the service being bad can ruin even the best food???????. Update: my husband went inside to get our drink and the same employee exacerbated the situation by continuing to beincredibly rude. If you don't... understand the full detail of why my girlfriend was ordering instead of me, don't shout out in front of both of us about how Iwas being disrespectful. Cold burgers. Salt on fries that should be no salt, whipped topping on milkshake overflowing down some of lid - my son asked for... a remake and the man used his index finger wiped off the whip cream and being mouthy tried to hand it back to my son ! My sonobjected. The store manger remade the shake. Order without bacon you get bacon with the bun soaked in I guess water..don?t knowwhat for sure. Driven around drive through no answer go to window no one in store visible- the driver behind went into thestore. The soda sprite had a horrible taste smell like pine sol cleaner.
