Disappointed is an understatement. First off the waitress seem to be in a bad mood from the minute we sat down. As we are... ordering the waitress had the sniffles and was constantly sucking in her mucous up her nose. The only thing that was somewhatcooked ok was our mozzarella sticks. My fiancé who asked for medium well steak received and overcooked rubbery steak. My son'schicken was rubbery, my daughters ribs were all fat and my four cheese Mac-n-cheese with honey chicken was disgusting. And as Iwrite this, my fiancé and daughter are both feeling nauseous and have stomach pains. And after everything we still left a tip.I will never be eating at Applebees again. Read more
I come here quite frequently with my fiance and children becuse of half apps. Crazy how half of the booths/tables stay broken... after reminding the staff. Bathrooms are almost always a mess. Sometimes I don't get silverware until my food comes, or it comesdirty and it needs to be replaced. This place is in dire need of friendly new staff.. Read more
We went out to dinner with our friends on Friday night. We got to Applebees around 6:30pm, we were immediately seated. Our... orders were taken promptly and the food came out quickly. The food was great, we had Riblets platter and bourbon chicken andshrimp. The waiters and waitresses are very friendly. This is a great go to place for a good quality meal. Read more
Food is always good. Service was super slow... our waitress started service nice/friendly - and then kept forgetting to come... back and check on us. While I know/understand staffing shortage... they weren't super busy at the time, so it was a littlefrustrating. Read more

A great meal last night Applebee?s. I have black pepper chicken. Even though the food was good I paid for 3 extra chicken... strips I?ver the 4 cheese pasta. They never put says on the extra 3. The waitress brought me extra sauce. Still happy afteranother experience at this restaurant. Read more
When we came in and the hostess was wearing a full length parka it should have sent us right back out as a sign of what was to... come. We sat down and it was literally freezing in there. I had to ask to have the heat turned up and almost got a standingovation from the other patrons. Our waiter "Joseph B" came and took our drink orders and placed plastic ware wrapped in the"togo" logo plastic baggie. We ordered drinks and he returned with them and left the entire try on the table and said "here'syour drinks" and walked away. We ordered food and a different person brought my sister's boneless wings out and she stood awayfrom the table and yelled "boneless wings" when we asked which ones she held them out and shrugged her shoulders. Noone else'sfood came out yet. Several minutes later two more entrees came out and she said "barbecue boneless" which noone ordered and weasked what kind are they and she said "try em" put them down and walked away. I asked the waitress why our food was coming outlike this and she said we can only bring two plates out at a time. My shrimp was the next to come and she announced chickentenders. I asked where my nephews steak was and she walked away. When Joseph came back and asked if everything was okay I askedwhere the steak was and he said, " I gave it to someone, I know i brought it out" he left and came back with it. My nephew hadto eat a sirloin steak with a plastic knife and fork. Some of us were done eating while others had to wait for their food. Itold the waiter and he laughed. We were pretty disappointed as we don?t go out much but have been trying to go out more recently . Other places (outback and... texas road house) were packed while applebees seemed way less crowded so that is why we opted to go . It was just us and ouryoungest child. My salad was 16 dollars and super small and just not worth it (when did this change? big difference from a fewyears ago) and meanwhile husbands meal didn't come for quite some time after kiddo and I had already received ours.
